We made it in one piece! I was able to stack the chair on its legs and see it fully assembled—and honestly, I don’t hate it! The legs definitely need to be scaled up a bit. When I sketched out the mockup, I had two sets of measurements: one for the final dimensions and another scaled up by 12% to account for shrinkage. I have this nagging feeling that I might’ve used the wrong set of numbers when assembling the legs… but I guess I’ll never really know.
Either way, everything came out intact. Now for a quick glaze, then back in for round two! I’m excited to finally wrap this one up. Oh! I almost got bit by a brown recluse today!
